2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- You have not extensively used the premium features
- There is a technical issue that prevents you from using the service
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions after the 7-day refund window
- Bootcamp courses after completion of more than 25% of content
- One-time purchases after 14 days
- Services that have been fully rendered
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support-center@talaria-log.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and order/transaction ID
- Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
- Allow 3-5 business days for our team to review your request
5. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period after the 7-day window.
7. Disputes

5. مدة المعالجة
بعد الموافقة، سيتم معالجة الاسترجاع خلال 5-10 أيام عمل وإعادته إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. قد يستغرق مزود الدفع أو البنك وقتاً إضافياً لظهور المبلغ.
6. إلغاء الاشتراك
يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت. ستحتفظ بالوصول للميزات المدفوعة حتى نهاية دورة الفوترة الحالية. لا يتم إصدار استرجاع جزئي للفترة غير المستخدمة بعد نافذة 7 أيام.
